The application is licensed to you, not sold. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services.

Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services
Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems

Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
5. Services Overview
Guiding Paw LLC provides:
Online dog and cat training programs
Virtual coaching sessions (e.g., Zoom)
Digital content and resources
Limited in-person training (not guaranteed)
All Services are educational in nature.
6. No Guarantees
Every pet and situation is different.
We do not guarantee specific training results. Outcomes depend on consistency, environment, and user participation.
7. Pet Safety and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for:
Supervising your pet(s)
Ensuring safe training practices
Any behavior, injury, or damage caused by your pet(s)
Pets can behave unpredictably. You assume all risks associated with participation.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some Services may require payment.
Fees are charged as displayed at the time of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
Pricing and features may change with notice
All sales are final unless required by law.
9. Scheduling and Cancellations
At least 24-hour notice is required to reschedule
Missed sessions may be forfeited
Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions
10. User Content
You may submit content such as videos, photos, or training information.
By submitting content, you:
Confirm you have the right to share it
Grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve our Services
You are solely responsible for your content.
We are not responsible for user-submitted content.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, video tools).
We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
12. Privacy and Tracking
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may use analytics and advertising tools as described in our Privacy Policy, including tracking technologies where permitted.

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations when using the Services.
19. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

We encourage resolving disputes informally first.
If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration, as permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guiding Paw LLC.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms or other consent methods, you agree to receive text messages from Guiding Paw LLC.
These messages may include customer support responses, appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, service updates, account alerts, and promotional offers related to our products and services.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
